Santiago Max rallied past Fenix to ensure the title game berth. Santiago Max dominated down low during the game scoring 86 of its points in the paint compared to Fenix's 56. They outrebounded Fenix 52-30 including a 31-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Santiago Max looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Jhoan Pena stepped up with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and forward Franklyn Jaquez (197-1997) chipped in 20 points and 11 rebounds. At the losing side swingman Juan Valenzuela (191-2000) responded with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 10 rebounds and guard Sammy Rodriguez (185) scored 20 points and 5 assists. Five Santiago Max and four Fenix players scored in double figures.

Immortals dominated Capitanes to advance into the Final. Five Immortals players scored in double figures. Guard Iriel Lopez (190-1989) came up with 28 points and 5 rebounds and Jhon Feliz added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Capitanes in the defeat.
